I told him that I'm a Platinum Elite Member and Ambassador ( 138225750 ) since 2009. I never heard anything about this. ,He told me that it doesn't matter thematter-the policy is for all members. alsoAlso I remember one incident with mangera manager called Khaled in the same Hotel, thehotel. The online team upgradeupgraded my room, when. When I checked in, the receptionist down gradesdowngraded my room. whenWhen I asked for the mangermanager and showed him the upgrade email he said it's a mistake.
